Department: Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Designer

Were hiring a Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Designer who can handle both brand/marketing creatives and product UI/UX. Youll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver visually strong designs that are consistent, user-friendly, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic / Visual Design

• Create marketing assets: social media creatives, ads, website banners, emailers, presentations, brochures, and event collateral
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets (typography, colors, layout, imagery, icon style)
• Develop design templates for faster repeatable output (posts, decks, one-pagers, case studies)
• Deliver production-ready exports for digital and print (sizes, formats, bleed, compression)

UI/UX Design

• Design UI for web/mobile screens using a component-driven approach
• Create user flows, wireframes, hi-fi screens, and clickable prototypes
• Collaborate with PMs to translate requirements into UX flows and clean UI
• Work with/extend an existing design system: components, states, tokens, responsiveness
• Support dev handoff with clear specs (spacing, states, interactions)

Collaboration

• Present work, take feedback, iterate quickly, and ensure high-quality final output
• Coordinate with developers to maintain design accuracy in implementation

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years experience with both Graphic Design and UI/UX
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Marketing/brand creatives (ads, banners, decks, social)
• Product UI/UX (flows, screens, prototypes)
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, components, prototyping)
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and spacing
• Good understanding of UX basics: usability, information architecture, accessibility fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a hybrid setup

Good to Have

• Motion/animation skills (After Effects, simple UI motion, Lottie)
• Illustration/icon design skills (vector)
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding for smoother handoffs
• Experience designing SaaS / dashboards / B2B products
