Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Noida. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing UI/UX visuals, creating engaging social media graphics, and producing striking designs for eCommerce listings. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams for branding projects, ensuring brand consistency across digital assets, and delivering creative designs that align with the client's vision. The designer will play a critical role in enhancing brand identity and visual storytelling through innovative and appealing artwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Creatives

• Design engaging posts, reels covers, carousels, banners, and ad creatives for Meta, Google & YouTube.
• Create campaign key visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with content and performance teams for high-conversion creatives.
• Develop festival, seasonal, and product launch creatives (FMCG-focused).

2. UI/UX Design (Website & Landing Pages)

• Design website layouts for food brands (D2C + corporate websites).
• Create landing pages optimized for conversion.
• Improve user journey and product discovery experience.
• Work on wireframes, prototypes, and mobile-first design.
• Coordinate with developers for implementation (Shopify/WooCommerce preferred).

3. E-commerce & Marketplace Creatives

• Create Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit/Zepto product listing creatives.
• Design A+ content / Enhanced Brand Content.
• Create product infographics (USPs, ingredients, nutrition highlights).
• Optimize creatives based on marketplace trends & performance insights.
• Develop banner creatives for sale days & marketplace campaigns.

4. Packaging & Brand Adaptation (Preferred Skill)

• Adapt packaging designs for digital use.
• Create mockups and 3D product representations.
• Understand dielines and print basics (bonus).

Required Skills

• Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma
• Understanding of UI/UX principles & conversion design
• Experience designing for food / FMCG brands
• Knowledge of marketplace listing standards
• Understanding of typography, color psychology (especially food category)
• Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously
• Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects preferred)
