Job Title: Graphic Designer (UI/UX Focus)

Role Overview
This role blends graphic design with digital product thinking. Youll design everyday marketing creatives, but your strength should be in UI/UX for websites, event pages, registration flows, and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives, event posters, ads, and decks
- Create visual assets for campaigns, sponsors, and announcements
UI/UX (Core Strength)
- Design event websites, landing pages, and registration journeys
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Ensure smooth, intuitive digital experiences for participants and audiences
- Work with developers to implement designs
Required Skills
- Strong in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong in Figma (UI design, prototyping, design systems)
- Good understanding of UX principles and conversion-focused design
- Experience designing responsive websites or digital products
Bonus
- Experience with ticketing or event platforms
- Motion design for digital banners
- Fluent with Canva
