Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to support the creation and refinement of high-quality visual materials for training programs, executive communications, and internal marketing. This role requires strong expertise in PowerPoint design, multimedia content creation, and video development, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in a manufacturing environment and understand plant operations and machinery.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong work integrity, accountability, and the ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, polish, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for:
• Training and learning programs
• Executive and leadership presentations
• Internal communications and stakeholder updates
• Develop video-based learning and communication content, including:
• Animated or explainer-style videos using tools such as Vyond, Powtoon, or similar platforms
• Visual storytelling to support training, safety, and operational topics
• Create and design visual assets such as:
• Proofs of concept, templates, and reusable design assets for elearning and training materials
• E-learning layouts and visual frameworks that improve visual hierarchy, learner experience and consistency across programs
• Flyers, brochures, and other promotional or informational materials
• Graphics aligned with corporate branding and training standards
• Perform basic to intermediate video editing as needed using Adobe Premiere or similar software
• Collaborate closely with learning, communications, and business stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing environments, plant operations, and machinery to ensure accuracy and relevance in all materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Formal degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field OR equivalent professional work experience demonstrating strong design capabilities
• Proven experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations for training and executive audiences
• Hands-on experience developing video content, including animation or explainer videos, using tools such as Vyond, Powtoon comparable video creation software
• Intermediate experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere (or similar video editing tools)
• Prior experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of:
• Plant operations
• Industrial processes
• Machinery and equipment concepts
