We aregrowing fast across D2C, Marketplaces, and Q-commerce, and were hiring a Graphic Designer!

The Skills You'll Actually Need

• Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign - you move fast, no panic
• Canva mastery: Use it like a weapon, not a crutch
• AI comfort: You use Sora/Gemini and don't pretend otherwise
• Performance thinking: Hooks, clarity, scroll-stopping layouts
• Video editing: Short-form videos to go across the board
• Format flexibility & fast iteration: Take feedback & adapt quickly
• Conversion mindset: Care about what works, not just what looks cool

Bonus Skills (Instant Cool Points)

Figma for PDPs & landing pages

After Effects for motion and transitions & any animation skill (basic would do!)
