Transition VC is India's first Energy Transition-focused venture capital fund, dedicated to addressing the Climate Crisis and accelerating the nation's goal of reaching Net Zero. The fund is thesis-driven and focuses on supporting early-stage startups in sectors such as New Energy, E-Mobility, Green Hydrogen, Energy Storage, Net Zero Energy Buildings, and Climate-tech solutions focused on decarbonization.

About the Role:

The visualizer will play a key role at Transition VC, supporting both the fund and its portfolio companies with high-quality visual communication. This includes creating compelling design assets, bringing stories to life, and ensuring design consistency across all digital and print touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong execution skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Transition VC team and portfolio companies to understand design needs and campaign objectives.
• Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, presentations, investor decks, and print materials.
• Develop unique and consistent design concepts that align with each brands identity and value proposition.
• Shoot and edit videos to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Produce high-quality visuals for the fund and support portfolio companies initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all design assets adhere to guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines while staying updated with design trends.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects primarily for B2B brands.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and video editing tools.
• Experience in video production/editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
