Role Description

1. Create high-quality graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, lookbooks, catalogues, presentations, and advertisements
2. Design creatives for digital platforms (Instagram, website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, etc.)
3. Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, tags, labels, and in-store visuals
4. Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and production teams to understand design requirements
5. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity
6. Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use
7. Make revisions based on feedback within defined timelines
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
9. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2. 24 years of relevant experience (fashion / lifestyle industry preferred)
3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
5. Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs
6. Strong attention to detail and time management skills
7. Good communication and coordination skills
8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
