Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Email Automation

• Design and execute structured email campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, and automation journeys
• Ability to map user flow across outreach, follow-ups, and responses
• Create layouts, visual direction, and content flow for all email communication
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all email touchpoints

Website Design & Pages

• Design and manage all website pages with clear structure and user flow
• Translate collections, campaigns, and brand narratives into clean digital experiences
• Continuously improve layout, aesthetics, and clarity of communication

Social Media Planning

• Create a 3-month content plan for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Define content themes, design direction, and posting timelines

Digital Marketing Alignment

• Develop a clear visual and creative direction for Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Work alongside performance teams to ensure consistency in communication

Ownership & Execution

• Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned with defined timelines
• These are expected to be completed without follow-ups

Structured Communication

• Share requirements in a clear, structured format:
• Task name
• Exact expectation
• Time required
