Role Overview
Templeton & Partners is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer who brings not only strong design capability, but also a positive, collaborative presence to our workplace. This role sits at the heart of our global marketing team and supports stakeholders across regions with high-quality, on-brand creative execution. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in an office environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in creating visually compelling work that supports business outcomes.
Key Criteria (In Order of Importance)
1. Positive Office Presence & Culture Contribution
- Must be locally based and comfortable working from the office 4 days a week (9 AM 6 PM) .
- Brings a positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude to the workplace.

- Comfortable interacting with colleagues across countries, teams and seniority levels.
2. Strong Graphic Design Capability
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in B2B, professional services, staffing, or consulting environments.
- Strong ability to interpret briefs from global stakeholders and translate them into clear, effective design outputs.
- Proven experience creating:
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, case studies)
- Digital assets (social media, email banners, website visuals)
- Internal communication materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand execution.
3. Events Design & On-Ground Support
- Hands-on experience supporting corporate events including:
- Conferences
- Leadership offsites
- Client events and internal celebrations
- Comfortable with end-to-end event design support , including:
- Event branding
- Collateral creation (backdrops, signage, invites, presentations)
- On-site coordination and support during events
- Willingness to attend and support events in person when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creative execution across all marketing and internal communication initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and global stakeholders.
- Design high-quality assets aligned to Templetons brand guidelines.
- Support event planning and execution with strong visual storytelling.
- Manage creative timelines and priorities across multiple projects.
- Continuously improve design quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Tools & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Basic understanding of digital design best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
