About the Role

Tatva Hills is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our fast-moving organization. We are seeking someone with strong visual storytelling and hands-on execution across multiple brand touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should have experience in packaging design, menu design, social media creatives, branding materials, and a strong understanding of FMCG design requirements. This role is suited for someone who can work quickly, handle multiple design requirements, and bring fresh, brand-aligned ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for packaging, menus, social media content, print materials, and brand collaterals
• Develop creative assets aligned with the brand identity and marketing goals
• Work on end-to-end design requirements across digital and offline platforms
• Design creatives for campaigns, launches, promotions, and in-store branding
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain consistency in brand language, typography, colors, and overall visual identity
• Understand design needs in the FMCG space and create consumer-focused visuals
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in packaging, menus, social media creatives, and branding
• Experience in FMCG design preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving organization
