Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-skilled Designer who is equally comfortable with graphic design, video editing, presentations, and AI-assisted creative workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building visual systems, not just isolated assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for digital, social, brand, and campaign use
• Design and edit short-form and long-form videos (reels, explainers, teasers, brand films)
• Build polished PowerPoint / presentation decks for strategy, sales, and leadership audiences
• Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance creativity (AI graphics, AI video generation, motion assists, image enhancement, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams
• Maintain strong visual consistency across formats and platforms
• Translate abstract ideas and narratives into compelling visual outputs

Required Skills & Experience

• 46 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and visual communication
• Strong command over tools such as:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• PowerPoint / Google Slides (high-end deck design)
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics
• Working knowledge of AI design & video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Pika, Sora-style tools, etc.)
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
• Ability to handle multiple formats and fast-moving briefs

Good to Have

• Experience working with brands, agencies, or consulting teams
• Understanding of social media formats and performance-led creatives
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI or web visuals
• Comfort working with evolving briefs and ambiguous problem statements
