To fulfill the requirements of our business / clients branding and packaging design requirements as per the new briefs or existing assignments

To conceptualize and develop designs as per the new brand briefs logos, packaging, BTL solutions, retail POSM solutions, communication creatives

To participate in ongoing / current projects and assist in closure of the same

To engage with clients (online and offline) to collect comprehensive briefs and gather understanding of the scope of work and plan projects accordingly with servicing team

To engage with clients lead the design projects and collect proper feedback for various stages of the project taking it to completion

To help marketing / servicing team in designing client / project presentations

We expect the following:

Should be expert in using / operating Design software Adobe Suite Primarily, CDR (optional)

Should be excellent in communication skills (English language command verbal and writing) is compulsory

Should be willing to work as a team and support the company in fulfilling its responsibilities towards clients

Should be willing to take responsibilities and charge of projects / tasks given on individual basis

Should be self-motivated and result oriented

Should be eager to learn and improve skills

Should be sincere towards work in hand and deliver as per mutual arrangements with respective clients

Should be respectful and cordial with clients & find solutions to client agency project specific problems if any; before escalating to superiors

Should be punctual and passionate about the work/ job
