Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Marketing Head

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work on visual assets across digital and physical platforms. The role includes designing social media creatives, packaging artwork, and other brand materials. The ideal candidate understands branding, can adapt designs across formats, and is comfortable working hands-on from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities:-

Social Media & Digital Creatives

Design static posts, stories, and creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Create visuals for campaigns, launches, promotions, and brand communication.

Adapt designs across multiple sizes and formats as required by platforms.

Work closely with the content or marketing team to align visuals with brand tone.

Packaging & Print Design:-

Design and update packaging artwork including boxes, pouches, labels, and inserts.

Brand & Marketing Collateral:-

Design creatives for website banners, Amazon listings, A+ content, and ads.

Create basic layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing material.

Maintain consistency across all brand visuals.

Collaboration & Execution:-

Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.

Maintain an organised design file structure and asset library.

Skills & Experience:-

24 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Proficiency in design tools

Good understanding of layouts, typography, colours, and visual hierarchy.

Experience designing for both digital and print formats.

Ability to convert ideas and briefs into clean, effective visuals.

Good to Have

Experience working on FMCG or consumer brands.

Knowledge of packaging design and print processes.

Basic understanding of social media trends and formats.

Experience with motion graphics or short animations is a plus.
