Stitch Stories is a fast-growing apparel brand bringing thoughtful designs, everyday comfort, and premium craftsmanship to modern India. We are building a strong visual-first brand and are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring our stories, products, and campaigns to life across digital platforms.

About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Motion Graphic Designer with a strong fashion sensibility who can create high-impact static and video creatives for ads, social media, and website assets. Youll work closely with performance marketing and content teams to design creatives that are not just visually strong, but conversion-driven. This is a full-time, in-house, onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static creatives for Meta Ads, website banners, emailers, and social media

Create and edit motion graphics & videos for Reels, Ads, product drops, and campaigns

Develop high-performing ad creatives (static, carousel, reels, videos) with the performance team

Create website visuals, including homepage banners, collection banners, and video headers

Maintain and evolve the brands visual language across platforms

Optimize creatives based on campaign performance insights

Assist with moodboards, lookbooks, and shoot creatives

Ensure visual consistency across Instagram, website, and paid media

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in graphic / motion design for fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands

Hands-on experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (CapCut / Canva Pro experience is a plus)

Ability to independently handle both static & motion requirements

Strong understanding of Meta Ads formats, Instagram trends, and short-form video storytelling

Good sense of typography, color, composition, and motion pacing

Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and manage multiple creative requirements

Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Mandatory Requirements:

Portfolio required (fashion/lifestyle work preferred)

On-site role candidate must be able to commute to the office based in Sector 4, Noida.

Prior experience working closely with marketing or performance teams in an intern or full-time role.

Background

NIFT graduate is a plus (Preferred)

Experience designing conversion-focused ad creatives

Understanding of creative A/B testing

Interest in fashion, styling, and brand storytelling is a must.

Compensation & Expectations Compensation will be as per industry standards for similar roles and based on experience and skill set. Need someone who can join immediately.
