About the Role:

Were seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can own and elevate the brands visual identity across packaging, retail environments, and digital platforms. This is not just an execution roleyou will act as a brand custodian, driving design thinking, production excellence, and on-ground impact across all consumer touchpoints in a fast-scaling QSR business.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging (Core Focus) Lead end-to-end packaging design from concept to production; drive innovation in structure, materials, and usability; ensure print-perfect designs with strong control over die lines, finishes, and vendor outputs; work closely with vendors on sampling, prototyping, and cost optimization.

Retail & In-Store Experience Own store branding ecosystem including menu boards, signages, wall graphics, POSM, and kiosks; create scalable branding systems for multi-store rollout; conduct store audits to ensure execution quality and consistency.

Digital & Campaign Creatives Lead campaign KV development and ensure seamless adaptation across platforms; oversee social media creatives and performance marketing assets; bring strong understanding of what works on platforms like Swiggy & Zomato.

Catalogues & Brand Communication Design and supervise catalogues, brochures, and brand decks; translate business strategy into sharp visual storytelling.

Leadership & Team Responsibilities Act as design lead for internal team and external agencies; review, mentor, and elevate partner designers output; set design standards, systems, and processes; ensure consistency across all touchpoints; collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, operations, and vendors; take ownership of timelines, quality, and execution.

Requirements:

59 years of experience in QSR, FMCG, or retail brand design

Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, retail branding, and campaign work

Deep expertise in print production, materials, and vendor management

Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Ability to think conceptually and execute flawlessly

Preferred:

Experience working with high-growth food or retail brands

Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in QSR environments

Ability to balance creativity with speed & scale

Exposure to multi-store rollout and retail standardization

Basic knowledge of motion graphics / video content

Familiarity with video editing & generative AI tools
