Job Overview:

Were looking for aGraphicDesignerwith a keen eye for aesthetics, strong visual storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of beauty. Youll help shape how our brand looks and feels across digital touchpoints - from campaigns and content to e-commerce and social media.

This role is ideal for someone with3+ years of experiencewho can translate strategy and creativity into visually stunning, brand-aligned designs that connect emotionally with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets across digital platforms - including social media, website, emailers, paid ads, and more.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign ideas into engaging, on-brand visual concepts.
• Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the brand, social, and content teams to create visuals for product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Stay up to date withbeauty, fashion, and social media design trends , adapting them for brand relevance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degreein Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experienceas agraphicdesigner, preferably inbeauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands/agencies.
• Expert proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge ofAfter Effects or Premiere Prois a plus.
• Strong understanding ofcolour theory, typography, composition, and modern digital design principles.
• Experience creating content forsocial media, performance ads, and digital campaigns and e-comm assets.
• Experience creating packaging mock-ups or 3D product visuals is a bonus.
