Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to translate brand requirements into high-quality visual assets across digital platforms, especially for e-commerce, performance marketing, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for:
• Website banners, homepage sections, and collection pages
• Performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, Marketplace creatives)
• Social media posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and static creatives
• Emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and push notification visuals
• Marketplace creatives (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives
• Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams
• Convert raw ideas, briefs, or references into visually compelling designs
• Optimize creatives for different formats, sizes, and platforms
• Handle multiple design requests and meet deadlines efficiently
• Make quick iterations based on performance feedback and revisions
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and files

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Experience designing for digital & performance marketing
• Ability to adapt designs based on brand tone and target audience
• Good attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects / simple animations)
• Understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, conversions)
• Familiarity with marketplaces creative guidelines
