Job Description

Designation / Role: Graphic Designer

Location: Core Office, Noida

Reports To: AGM - Marketing & Communications


About the Position:

The Graphic Designer will support the Marketing & Communications team in creating visually engaging design assets across print and digital platforms. The role involves translating ideas and campaigns into compelling visual communication that aligns with Shiv Nadar Schools brand identity. The position requires strong design fundamentals, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs for institutional initiatives, events, and outreach.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Visual Asset Creation

  • Design engaging marketing and communication materials including brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, social media creatives, and website banners.
  • Translate campaign concepts and messaging into visually compelling designs.
  • Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency and clarity.
  • Support the marketing team with creative assets for admissions campaigns, events, and school communications.


2. Digital Design & UI

  • Develop digital creatives and layouts using Figma for web pages, campaign assets, and digital interfaces.
  • Design assets optimized for websites, emailers, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure usability and visual consistency across digital designs and platforms.
  • Collaborate with digital and content teams to enhance the visual experience across online channels.


3. Brand Consistency & Campaign Collaboration

  • Ensure all designs adhere to Shiv Nadar Schools brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency in design language across online and offline communication materials.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts for campaigns, events, and institutional storytelling.


4. Print Production & Design Quality

  • Prepare final artwork for print production ensuring proper formats, resolution, and color standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance visual communication.


Experience Required :

  • 45 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit high-quality design assets.
  • Ability to utilize Figma for digital design, layouts, and collaborative design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy as required.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Prior experience working with educational institutions and basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be an added advantage.
