SHINE AD AGENCY is looking for a creative and market-driven Graphic Designer with strong skills in Video Editing and Logo Animation . The ideal candidate should understand design aesthetics, printing standards, and customer psychology , and deliver impactful creatives across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design logos, brand identities, and logo animations
• Create posters, social media creatives, and large-format hoarding designs
• Handle video editing and motion graphics for advertising campaigns
• Develop designs based on market trends and target audience behavior
• Ensure creatives are print-ready with proper color modes, bleed, and resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design, Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Experience in Logo Designing and Logo Animations
• Ability to design across formats: digital posts to large hoardings
• Excellent printing knowledge (materials, color profiles, output standards)
• Strong design sense and visual storytelling ability
• Understanding of markets and customers to create result-oriented designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of CorelDRAW
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI-generated content and creative tools
