Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor located in the Hastings Area. Were looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who can design and edit high-quality creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, branding, and campaign with knowledge of AI.

Responsibilities

• Edit reels, short-form videos, brand films, and campaign content
• Work on fast-paced social media edits with strong storytelling
• Collaborate with the content and shoot teams to bring concepts to life
• Maintain visual rhythm, pacing, and brand tone across videos
• Experiment with formats, transitions, and trends while keeping it classy
• Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, branding, and campaigns
• Translate brand strategies into strong visual systems and layouts
• Work closely with strategists, content teams, and clients
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple premium brands
• Think beyond templates and bring fresh design perspectives

What were looking for

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Strong sense of timing, transitions, and visual flow
• Experience editing social media reels and branded content
• Ability to adapt edits to different brand voices
• Motion graphics skills are a plus
• Strong command over layout, typography, and colour
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Ability to design for social media, ads, and brand collaterals
• Attention to detail and a strong design sensibility
• Prior agency or brand experience preferred
