Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Product Development team. This role focuses on designing graphics for apparel, accessories, packaging, brand visuals, artworks, and trend-aligned product concepts .
The ideal candidate understands youth culture, streetwear, aesthetics, colors, typography, print techniques , and can translate brand DNA into commercial yet fresh designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Graphic Design

Create print graphics, placement prints, all-over prints, motifs , and illustration-based artworks for apparel & accessories.
Develop seasonal design concepts , mood boards, and visual stories aligned with brand direction.
Adapt designs for various product categories (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, bags, etc.).
Ensure artworks follow production-friendly specifications (sizes, formats, layering, color breakdowns).

Brand Design Support

Develop brand creatives , iconography, badges, logo variations, and visual assets that reflect brand identity.
Support marketing team with campaign graphics, social media elements, banners, and lookbook layouts (as per need).

Product Development Collaboration

Work closely with merchandisers and product developers on:
print placements
fabric compatibility
colorways
mock-ups & sampling
Understand printing techniques (DTG, screen print, puff, embroidery, HD print, etc.)

Trend & Research

Research global and local design trends, fashion aesthetics, streetwear graphics, typography, youth culture, and color palettes.
Convert insights into sellable product graphics & brand-relevant storytelling.

Technical Files & Handovers

Prepare accurate tech packs , artwork files (AI/PSD/PDF), and production-ready vectors.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure correct execution during sampling.
Troubleshoot print quality, scaling issues, or color mismatches.

Required Skills:
Design & Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (mandatory)
Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
Ability to create illustrative & text-based graphics
Basic understanding of fabric behavior & printing techniques

Soft Skills

High attention to detail
Strong sense of aesthetics & trend awareness
Ability to work under deadlines
Good communication & team collaboration
Creative problem-solving mindset

Educational Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related fields
Preferred Experience in fashion/lifestyle brands
