The Role

We're hunting for a Graphic Designer who thinks in Reels, dreams in transitions, and can turn a brand story into thumb-stopping content. This isn't about making pretty picturesit's about creating scroll-stopping moments that make people hit save, share, and come back for more.

You'll be the creative force behind social content for multiple clients, working across industries and bringing fresh energy to every project.

What You'll Actually Do

• Design killer Reels and social media content that makes audiences stop mid-scroll
• Create everything from Instagram Reels to Stories, carousels, and feed posts
• Collaborate with our content and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life
• Stay ahead of trends (we're talking trends before they trend)
• Adapt your style to match different brand voices and aesthetics
• Edit videos with the perfect transitions, timing, and that chef's kiss vibe
• Manage multiple client projects while keeping quality high and deadlines tight

You're Our Person If You Have

• 1+ years of experience creating content specifically for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.)
• A portfolio that makes us go "wait, scroll backshow me that again"
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Video editing chopsyou know your way around transitions, effects, and audio sync
• Experience with tools like Canva, VN Editor, or similar platforms
• A finger on the pulse of social media trends and platform algorithms
• The ability to work fast without your work looking rushed
• An eye for what works on each platform (because what slaps on Instagram might flop on LinkedIn)

Bonus Points For

• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Understanding of social media marketing strategy
• Experience working with diverse brand voices
• Knowledge of Hindi and English for creating localized content
