Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and consistently maintain the brand identity across all communication channels.
• Design rich, intuitive experiences for customers across both digital and physical touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute design-led campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop scalable design templates and frameworks that enable teams across the organization to work efficiently and consistently.
• Translate business and user requirements into visually compelling, functional design solutions.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in visual, brand, or experience design (a strong portfolio is more important than years of experience).
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving ability, visual design skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with cross-functional teams.
• A balanced design mindset that values both aesthetics and usability.
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver design experiences that are meaningfully ahead of existing benchmarks.

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience with print design.
• Exposure to video editing and/or animation.
