Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Plamonas team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing eye-catching designs for both digital and print media , ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing objectives. You should have strong design sensibilities, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets for digital channels (social media posts, banners, web creatives) and print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters).
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all media.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Develop logos, illustrations, layouts , and other creative assets based on project briefs.
• Prepare and present design drafts , iterate based on feedback, and finalize deliverables within deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, visual styles, and best practices .
• Organize and manage design files and assets efficiently.

Skills & Tools Required:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Strong layout, typography, and colour theory skills

Portfolio demonstrating creativity and design range

Desirable:

Experience with CorelDRAW, Canva or Figma

Basic video editing or motion graphics skills

Understanding of web graphics and UI basics

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Aepc India
