What Youll Do

• Design visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, and email communication
• Create engaging and on-brand creatives that communicate complex ideas clearly
• Develop visual directions and moodboards aligned with Propsochs brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to bring ideas to life
• Experiment with layouts, styles, and formats to improve engagement
• Maintain consistency across all brand visuals and communication
• Continuously explore new design trends, formats, and AI-led design tools

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 23 years of experience in graphic design (preferably B2C or digital-first brands)
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, clarity, and versatility
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Curious, self-driven, and open to experimentation
