Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Visual Strategy & Concepts
Partner with project leads to turn marketing and retention strategies into clear visual concepts and design systems
Understand both client business goals and end-consumer psychology to create creatives that persuade, not just decorate
Multi-channel Creative Execution
Design high-performing creatives for Email, Banners, Push Notifications, In-app messages, and WhatsApp
Adapt concepts across formats, screen sizes, and modes while maintaining clarity, performance, and brand consistency
AI-led Design, Innovation & Upskilling
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, variations, and production without compromising on taste, craft, or storytelling
Continuously upskill on latest design technologies and AI workflows, bringing fresh ideas into how we design
Experiment with new ways to bridge design and technology, and help defi ne the Propel way of AI-powered graphic design
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (strategy, copy, tech, analytics) and external client stakeholders to build cohesive campaigns
Participate in client discussions when needed to understand context first-hand and present design directions
Iterate on designs using performance data, qualitative feedback, and structured experimentation
Systems, Templates & Scale
Build reusable templates, components, and design libraries to scale design quality across clients and campaigns
Maintain well-structured design fi les and documentation that make collaboration fast and frictionless

Required competencies:
- Strong foundation in visual design: layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma / Adobe Suite / similar)
- Clear inclination towards marketing and curiosity about what makes people click, convert, and stay
- Comfort with AI tools (or strong willingness to learn fast) and excitement about blending design with technology
- Creativity in thought, with a tenacious, experiment-driven mindset
- Strong service orientation: you care about client outcomes and user impact, not just aesthetics
