Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and fast-moving Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our creative team. You will play a key role in developing compelling visual content across brand, digital, and performance marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for digital ads, website, social media, packaging, and presentations
• Translate briefs into visually impactful assets, often with quick turnaround times
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and social media teams to maintain visual consistency
• Adapt and localize design styles for different formats, platforms, and audience segments
• Contribute ideas proactively in brainstorms and campaign discussions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

Requirements:

34 years of hands-on experience in graphic design

Strong command over the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Proven ability to execute designs quickly without compromising quality

A good eye for detail, typography, color, and layout

Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency is a strong plus

Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital platforms

To be the right fit for this role, the candidate must meet the following creative criteria:

• Must have at least one branding project in their portfolio (any industry).
• Should include a full campaign project showcasing concept, strategy, and creatives.
• Social media posts alone are not enough we want creators who design original assets, not just reuse existing ones.
• Experience in tech or tech-related design projects is a strong plus.
