What can I expect from this role?

Posha is one of the rare startups building cutting-edge deep tech consumer robotic products from India for the world, solving for everyday eating.

This role You'll be the visual storyteller for a revolutionary product that's transforming how millions cook and eat. As our Graphic Designer, you'll shape how the world sees Posha through every touchpoint - from app interfaces to marketing campaigns, making complex robotics feel delightfully simple and accessible.

What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

In this role - you would:

• Design Graphics for our mobile app and device app that controls the cooking robot, ensuring users can navigate 1000+ recipes effortlessly.
• Create compelling visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and user education materials that showcase our cooking robot's magic
• Develop and maintain Posha's visual brand identity across all touchpoints - from packaging design to digital assets
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to visualize complex cooking processes into simple, delightful animations and infographics
• Design print materials for events, exhibitions, and retail partnerships as we expand globally
• Create video content and motion graphics that bring our robot's cooking journey to life

What makes you a match for us?

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
• Experience with UI/UX design for mobile applications
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Bonus: Experience with 3D rendering, motion graphics, or consumer product branding
