Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and accountable Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in motion graphics. The ideal candidate should combine strong design sensibilities with professionalism, ownership of work, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce visually compelling creatives across digital platforms.

• Design high-quality static and motion creatives for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Create motion graphics, reels, short videos, and animations aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate concepts into visual executions
• Ensure timely delivery of designs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all brand assets
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate accountability for deliverables
• Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently
  

• 12 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Proven experience in motion graphics and basic video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva
• Understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High standards of professionalism, reliability, and accountability

• Experience working with digital marketing or agency environments
• Basic understanding of social media content formats and performance-driven creatives
• Ability to adapt designs based on platform requirements and audience behavior
