Dame Health is Indias first gynecological health and wellness brand, founded by doctors and built on decades of medical expertise. We create evidence-based supplements for menstruation, PCOS, fertility, pregnancy, and menopausedesigned to support women through every stage of life. Our mission is to make preventive care credible, accessible, and beautifully designed.

Were looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help us bring this mission to life through engaging and impactful design across digital and print platforms.

What Youll Do

1. Visual Content Creation

• Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms: social media posts, website banners, emailers, product ads, etc.
• Create brand collaterals like brochures, product packaging, and print-ready materials.
• Contribute to UI/UX elements for web and mobile (as needed).

2. Brand Identity & Consistency

• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputscolors, typography, visual style.
• Work closely with marketing to develop and elevate brand assets.

3. Social Media & Marketing Design

• Create scroll-stopping content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Design marketing collateral such as presentations, infographics, and email templates.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, share creative input, and iterate based on feedback.
• Coordinate with external vendors or printers for production needs, when required.

5. Motion Graphics & Video Editing (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

• Design motion graphics, animated posts, and reels.
• Edit short promotional videos and GIFs for digital platforms.

6. Print & Packaging Design (If Applicable)

• Develop product packaging, label designs, and in-store promotional material.
• Prepare files for print and ensure quality output with vendors.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (freelance or agency experience welcome)
• Strong portfolio across branding, social media, and marketing design
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setup
• Eye for detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling
