Graphic Designer (Onsite Job)

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative engine at Per4mance Guru . You will be the bridge between data-driven strategies and visual storytelling. You must be equally comfortable crafting high-end brand visuals in Adobe Creative Suite and churning out high-velocity social media assets in Canva .

Since this is a client-facing role, you won't just be sitting behind a screen; youll be presenting your ideas, explaining the "why" behind your designs, and collaborating directly with D2C founders to bring their vision to life.

• Ad Creative Production: Design high-converting Meta and Google Display ads (Statics, Carousels, Gifs, and Thumbnails) that drive ROAS.
• Proficiency in Hybrid Tools: Use Photoshop/Illustrator for complex brand identity work and Canva for rapid-fire social media updates and collaborative client templates.
• Client Communication: Attend client briefings and creative brainstorms. You must be able to articulate your design choices and handle feedback professionally.
• D2C Branding: Create website assets, emailer designs, and "unboxing" card visuals that enhance the customer journey for our e-commerce clients.
• Trend Spotting: Stay on top of Indian D2C design trendsknowing what visual styles are currently working for brands in the beauty, fashion, and electronics space.

• The "Performance" Eye: You understand that a "Call to Action" needs to be visible and that the first 3 seconds of a visual hook are everything.
• Software Mastery: * Adobe Suite: Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Canva: Power user (able to set up Brand Kits and reusable templates for clients).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English/Hindi. You can lead a creative call without needing a manager to "translate" for you.
• Speed & Precision: Ability to work in a fast-paced Delhi agency environment where "ASAP" is a common deadline, without compromising on quality.

• Graphic Design: Typography, Layout, Color Theory, and Photo Manipulation.
• Social Media: Knowledge of exact aspect ratios and safe zones for Instagram Reels, Stories, and Meta Feed.
• E-commerce: Experience designing for Shopify banners and Amazon A+ content is a plus.

• Direct Impact: See the real-time revenue impact of the designs you create.
• Client Exposure: Work directly with ambitious D2C founders in India.
• Collaborative Environment: Work onsite in Delhi with a team of media buyers and strategists who value your creative input.
