Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer located in Kolhapur. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating visually compelling graphics, developing branding materials, and designing logos. The role also involves selecting and refining typography, supporting the development of consistent branding strategies, and collaborating with the team to meet design objectives.

What youll own

• End-to-end packaging design - from concept to print-ready artworks
• Illustration & branding that creates a cohesive, premium visual identity
• High-accuracy dielines, layouts & artworks
• Print execution - pre-press checks, colour accuracy, finishes & specifications

This role is for you, if you

• Are strong in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Understand printing techniques, dielines, colour profiles & finishes
• Have worked with FMCG / beauty / wellness / D2C brands (a plus)
• Think beyond aesthetics and care about brand positioning, compliances & consistency
