Job Description
- Neurohook is a Neuromarketing Research & Application Lab that blends neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and creativity.
- We deliver performance marketing, social media, and branding solutions designed to improve attention, recall, and decision-making.
- Location preference: Mumbai or Delhi NCR
- Work type: Full-time | Remote
- Experience: Must have worked with at least 3 clients across different industries
- Design creatives for social media posts, ads, carousels, stories, and campaign assets
- Support branding projects including brand assets, pitch decks, and visual systems
- Adapt designs across platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Translate briefs into clear, visually effective communication
- Work closely with strategy, content, and account teams
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently
- Maintain organised design files and follow internal brand guidelines
- Ensure timely delivery across multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and FIGMA
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Attention to detail and discipline with deadlines
- Exposure to social media and performance marketing creatives is a plus
