This role is for ourE-commerce Performance Hive .

Were looking for aGraphic Design Intern who wants to learnhow performance creatives are actually made not just aesthetic design.

Youll work closely with media buyers and the creative team to createstatic Meta ad creatives that are tested, iterated, and scaled based on results.

• Designstatic performance creatives for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create multiplevariations & iterations for A/B testing
• Execute creatives based onhooks, offers, and angles
• UseCanva (Pro) for daily design work
• LeverageAI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, and other image-generation tools for ideation & visuals
• Improve creatives based on performance feedback
• Work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment

• Strong interest inperformance marketing & ads
• Comfortable withCanva (mandatory)
• Curious and hands-on withAI tools
• Willing to iterate fast and learn from data
• Comfortable workingin-office
• Discipline > aesthetics mindset

• HowMeta performance creatives actually work
• How static ads are tested and scaled
• How design impacts CTR, CPC, and conversions
