ROLE: Designer

Assist the Marketing team to create design solutions. The role involves working with the

team to understand needs, develop concepts, visualize and execute the design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create design solutions for:

Social media properties

Digital promotions

E-commerce website

Product packaging

Retail promotions & Events

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of design experience

Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Ability to work on video and motion design is an added advantage

Good sense of aesthetics, design principles and artistic skill

Strong technical knowledge and production/ execution know-how

A team-player and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work with external writers, photographers, illustrators, video creators, etc

Not required but amazing, if you can also:

ShortFormat Video Editors

Create/ edit videos, motion graphics, and animation.

Working knowledge of graphic design tools and audio tools.

Good grasp of visual design aesthetic colour, typography, and layout.

Scripting/ Storyboarding skill is good-to-have.

Inclination to conduct video shoots will be good-to-have.

Good communication skills, a team-player, process and detail driven, and an eye for

quality.
