Must Have eLearning/ EdTech Industry Experience

This role necessitates the following expectations from the candidate:

• Ways of working ( WFO 3 days a week)

• Ensuring the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning solutions

Functional Requirements

• Capability to quickly establish partnerships and work collaboratively with others
• Ability to learn and apply processes and technical knowledge and skills
• Basic understanding of UI and UX principles along with knowledge of visual design principles
• Strong creative design skills using Adobe Creative Suite
• Effective project management skills are considered an asset
• Design engaging visual content as per industry standards using appropriate design methodologies, including eLearning modules, job-aids, infographics, videos, and workshops as required by the project
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Thoroughness, attention to detail, and strong learning agility are essential

This role is mainly for a Graphic Designer who should also have a good understanding of UI. If the person has experience with video development, that would be an added advantage.

1. Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator as core design tools
2. Figma, along with a good understanding of UI design
3. Adobe After Effects for video-related work
