The Role

Title: Graphic Designer (Mid-level)

Reporting to: Creative Director

Growth path: Senior Graphic Designer Lead Designer

Were scaling fast 50+ brands, 300+ projects and this is just the beginning. As a Graphic Designer at Errwise, youll work across complex, content-heavy design, not one-off visuals.

This is an execution-heavy role with thinking baked in.

You will work on:

• Multi-page editorials and reports with dense information
• Pitch decks and sales decks where clarity > decoration
• Brand systems and marketing collateral
• Infographics, trade-show creatives, and digital assets
• Design systems that scale across formats

Youll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and team, iterate often, and take real ownership of outcomes, not just files.

What You Bring (Non-Negotiables)

• 25 years of hands-on graphic design experience
• Strong command over Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint
• Experience designing long-form, content-heavy assets (editorials, reports, decks)
• Solid foundation in layout, typography, and visual storytelling (print + digital)
• Clear written and spoken English communication
• A curious, learning-driven mindset

Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Required)

• UI design experience in Figma
• Motion design or basic video editing
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up or enhance workflows

• You prefer narrow, repetitive design work
• You rely heavily on templates without understanding structure
• You struggle with feedback or iteration
• Youre looking for a purely visual role with little thinking involved
• Youre not comfortable owning outcomes, timelines, and quality

Compensation & Work Model

• Salary: 7.5 LPA
• Work model: Hybrid
• Location: Bangalore (or relocating here)

1. Initial screening call A short conversation to understand your experience, expectations, and fit
2. Design assignment A focused take-home task (expect ~46 hours of work) to evaluate thinking, structure, and execution
3. Technical interview A deep dive into your design decisions, craft, process, and problem-solving approach
4. HR interview A conversation around communication, ownership, values, and long-term alignment
