About the Role:

Were looking for a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our in-house creative team. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Dwarka. Youll be responsible for end-to-end execution of design projectsfrom concept to final deliveryacross a wide range of formats including social media graphics, infographics, campaign visuals, and internal branding assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute design projects based on internal and client briefs.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams on campaign visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Support and guide junior designers or interns when required.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
