We are looking for a Team Lead Graphic Designer with strong expertise in advanced design tools, AI-driven workflows, and team handling. The candidate will lead the design function, driving creative direction and execution across books, academic learning materials, and digital content while mentoring a team of designers.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers
• Drive end-to-end design execution for books, workbooks, academic materials, and marketing creatives
• Ensure high-quality design output, brand consistency, and adherence to guidelines
• Plan project timelines and efficiently allocate tasks across the team
• Collaborate with content, curriculum, product, and marketing teams
• Build and implement scalable templates and design systems
• Leverage AI tools and advanced design technologies to improve productivity and creativity
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  

• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (books & long-form layouts)
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage
• Experience in academic publishing/books/learning materials design
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, and good at InDesign and visual hierarchy
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
