Graphic Designer

Position: - Graphic Designer.

Experience: - 5-8 Yrs.

Location: - Hyderabad (On-site).

Must Have Skills: - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe CreativeSuite,

Roles and Responsibilities : -

• Develop creativevisual content for architectural, interior,landscape, and real estate projects, including presentations, marketing materials, signage, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with architects, interiordesigners, project teams,and marketing teams to effectively communicate design concepts and project narratives.
• Create layouts,infographics, illustrations, and branding materialsthat align with project goals and corporate visual identity.
• Prepare high-quality visuals for clientpresentations, project proposals, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain organized project files, graphiclibraries, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Stay updated with industrytrends, design softwareadvancements, and visualization techniques.
• Manage multipledesign projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesand maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills: -

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design,Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Minimum 58 years of professional experience as a GraphicDesigner in architectural consultancy, engineering, or construction/real estate companies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layoutdesign, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing graphicsfor presentations, real estate marketingcampaigns, project documentation, and client proposals.
• Strong attention to detail, creativeproblem-solving skills, and ability to maintain visual consistency across projects.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multipleprojects in a fast-paced environment.
