What You Will Do

• Designing ad creatives, landing-page visuals & digital assets that drive growth
• Editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, top-hooks, motion edits)
• Owning the full visual identity for a few brands end to end
• Working directly with media buyers to refine creatives using data + results
• Bringing fresh ideas, quick execution & pushing standards higher every week

You will be a great fit ONLY IF:

• Youre experienced in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• You think creatively AND logically - design must have purpose
• You're fast, adaptable, and love solving problems visually
• You want responsibility, ownership, and growth - not just tasks
• Youre comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment
• Nice to have: Motion graphics / prior agency experience
