Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in designing engaging visuals for social media and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate must have strong design aesthetics, a keen eye for typography, and the ability to adapt design styles across multiple digital platforms and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing social media banners, posts, and ad creatives aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.

Create e-commerce banners, product listing images, infographics, and promotional creatives for platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Follow platform-specific guidelines such as Amazon A+ content, banner dimensions, and layout standards.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact digital campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and maintain high-quality design output.

Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and deliver final creatives within timelines.

Stay updated on digital design trends, visual communication styles, and consumer engagement patterns.

Manage multiple design assignments and ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital design, preferably for social media or e-commerce.

Experience designing creatives for Amazon/Flipkart or digital marketing campaigns is preferred.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design composition.

Ability to design across multiple styles minimal, corporate, festive, and promotional.

Attention to detail with ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple briefs.

Understanding of marketing-oriented design and visual storytelling.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: Up to 50,000 per month
