Job Title: Graphic Designer Sports & Performance Brand

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience Required: 35 Years (Preference: Sports / Fitness Industry)

We are committed to creating high-quality sports products while building a brand rooted in discipline, ethics, and long-term vision. As we scale across digital platforms, we are looking for a designer who understands both aesthetics and performance marketing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can build strong visual storytelling across digital and marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate should understand branding, consumer psychology, and performance creatives not just design.

This role requires someone who can think like a marketer and execute like a designer.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Branding

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, website, and marketplaces
• Develop product infographics and A+ content
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Contribute to brand identity evolution

Performance Marketing Creatives

• Design ad creatives optimized for conversions
• Work closely with marketing team on campaign execution
• Create variations for testing (performance-led design thinking)

AI & Editing

• Use AI tools for content enhancement, mockups, ideation
• Image editing, retouching, and background corrections
• Basic video editing for reels, ads, and product showcases

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience in AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT workflows, etc.)
• Good understanding of performance marketing creatives
• Strong image editing and visual composition skills
• Ability to deliver under deadlines
• High aesthetic sense aligned with sports & performance branding

Preferred

• Experience in sports, fitness, or active lifestyle brands
• Understanding of e-commerce creative formats (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.)
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
