About the role:

Indian Farmer is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to enhance our visual identity and engage with our growing audience. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for design and a passion for creating visually compelling content. This role involves conceptualizing and designing a variety of assets, including social media graphics, thumbnails, infographics, marketing materials, and branding elements,optimized for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve brand assets, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Social Media Graphics: Create visually engaging carousels, banners, and other graphics for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Thumbnails & Covers: Design attention-grabbing thumbnails and cover images to boost content visibility and engagement.

Marketing & Ads: Develop creative graphics for course marketing, static ads, and promotional campaigns to drive audience interaction and conversions.

Promotional Materials: Collaborate with the social media team to produce static posts, banners, and promotional assets in various formats and sizes.

Platform Optimization: Customize designs to meet the specific size, ratio, and format requirements of different platforms.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends and continually upgrade skills in design tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and produce original, impactful designs aligned with brand objectives.

Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Multi-software expertise is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work in branding, social media assets, anddigital graphics.

Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of pixel dimensions, aspect ratios, and best practices for social media platforms.

Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to delivering error-free, high-quality designs.

Experience: 12 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Communication Skills: Strong visual, verbal, and written communication abilities.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
