Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. We are looking for a creative, conceptual and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually engaging and on-brand content across digital and print media. Youll be responsible for creating impactful designs while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality concentual graphics (social media posts, ads, banners, branding assets)

Adapt brand guidelines into fresh, engaging visual stories across platforms

Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop campaign ideas

Optimize creatives for different platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.

Stay ahead of design trends and emerging content formats

Integrate AI tools into the creative process to boost efficiency and innovation (e.g., AI-generated visuals)

Qualifications

Skilled in Graphics software and tools

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the digital marketing industry is mandatory

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, figma)

Strong aesthetic senselayout, typography, color theory

Familiarity with digital media formats and social platform specs

Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar

Ability to balance creativity with speed and brand alignment
