Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and other AI based design tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL.E, Figma etc is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to feedback and iterative design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling graphics, including digital assets, presentations, marketing materials, infographics, and website visuals.
Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Work closely with marketing, social media, product development, and UI/UX teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
Optimize graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
