Graphic Designer

Onni Group is seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in translating business objectives into compelling visual designs, animations, and video content that enhance brand presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production, along with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical skill, and the discipline to deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Multimedia Creation

• Design high-quality graphics, animations, and videos using Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Audition .
• Create engaging GIFs, 2D/3D animations, and video content for digital and marketing platforms.
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and briefs into visually compelling creative outputs.
• Produce value-added, polished designs and videos aligned with brand guidelines.

Creative Execution & Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions meet business goals.
• Analyze and interpret content requirements to deliver visually impactful designs.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with the latest design, animation, and video trends , tools, and techniques.
• Proactively recommend creative enhancements to improve visual storytelling and engagement.

Delivery & Communication

• Manage assigned tasks proactively to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications

• 58 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or video production.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related fields .
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, video production techniques, and animation workflows .
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative assets across multiple formats and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
