Since being featured on Shark Tank India, the brand has scaled rapidly across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels, backed by marquee investors including Antler, Huddle, Shiprocket, Aman Gupta, Namita Thapar, Amit Jain others. We specialize in "stealth-health" nutrition, creating protein-rich sweet and savoury snacks that prioritize functional health without compromising on the taste or joy of everyday eating.
The company was co-founded by siblings Parul Sharma and Manu Sharma, who combine corporate rigor with a deeply personal mission. Parul, an FMCG veteran with 15 years of experience at Mondelez (Cadbury), transitioned from building iconic global brands to solving the nutritional challenges she faced as a parent. She is joined by Manu Sharma, a Chartered Accountant and startup specialist whose personal journey with juvenile diabetes fuels his commitment to clean-label, low-sugar nutrition. Together, they have fostered a high-ownership culture driven by transparency, agility, and a shared goal of making India a protein-sufficient nation.

Role Purpose
The Graphic Designer is the visual storyteller of Gladful, responsible for translating our mission into high-impact designs that stop the scroll and build brand trust. This role bridges the gap between nutrition and lifestyle, creating everything from viral social content to premium product packaging that stands out in a crowded FMCG market.
Roles and Responsibilities
Visualizes and creates innovative graphic and video content for all social media platforms, website banners, emailers, and print collaterals.
Collaborates closely with the Social Media Manager to craft engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with the monthly content calendar.
Designs packaging for existing and upcoming product ranges, ensuring technical accuracy for print and a premium "on-shelf" feel.
Develops a comprehensive design strategy to increase brand presence across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Conceptualizes and executes the creative visual strategy behind high-performing ad campaigns (Meta, Google, and Amazon).
Ensures strict adherence to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Maintains a deep awareness of current design software, industry standards, and the competitive landscape to keep Gladful ahead of market trends.
Optimizes digital assets for various Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) to improve click-through rates.
Edits short-form video content and motion graphics to bring the brands "joyful nutrition" message to life.
Performs any other creative duties as requested by the reporting manager to support marketing and sales goals.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
A diploma in a relevant subject is mandatory (a graduate preferred)
1 -2 years of experience in graphic design
Experience in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics
Experience in producing engaging product/lifestyle content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere Pro), supplemented by agility in Canva, Cap Cut/VN, and exposure to AI-creative tools (Firefly/Midjourney)
Strong Attention to detail
Good understanding of Adobe Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop
