About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual communication across all channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute a wide range of design projects including branding, digital marketing assets, social media content, presentations, print materials, and web/UI components.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers; provide constructive feedback and creative direction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Translate strategic goals into clear, creative, and impactful design.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Work with vendors (printers, developers, etc.) to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across various media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
