Graphic Designer

Every Morning Cartel is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to support our brand and design needs. Youll work under a Senior Designer and collaborate closely with our marketing and operations team to create high-quality visuals across digital and print.

Role Description

• Part-time role,hybrid(some days on-site in Mumbai, rest remote depending on workflow)
• Create visual concepts and execute designs that match our brand
• Design assets forInstagram(posts, stories, reels covers), event creatives, and promotions
• Work onmenus, table inserts, in-cafe signage, posters, and basic print-ready files
• Supportbrandingwork: layout systems, typography, templates, and visual consistency
• Coordinate with the team for quick iterations and timely delivery

Requirements

• Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign is a plus)
• Strong skills inlogo design, branding, and typography
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• 6 months1 year+experience (or equivalent portfolio strength)
• Comfortable working collaboratively with an on-site team when required
